The contact form asks for your name, work email, and a description of the workflow you want to discuss. Company and phone information are optional. Clevero uses this information to assess and respond to the request, communicate about possible work, and protect the form from misuse.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and Clevero’s legitimate interests in answering business inquiries, developing its services, and preventing abuse.

Clevero uses Umami to understand aggregate website usage and conversion events. Form names, email addresses, company names, phone numbers, and workflow descriptions are not included in Clevero’s analytics events. Private Rhema AI share-token routes do not load the analytics script.

MailerSend processes contact-form email delivery and Umami provides website analytics. Short-lived pseudonymous counters used to limit form abuse are kept only in the website server’s memory. These providers process information on Clevero’s behalf under their applicable data-processing terms. Where a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, Clevero relies on the transfer safeguards offered for that service.

Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond, follow up on potential work, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can differ if an inquiry becomes a client engagement.

Clevero uses access controls and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the information and its purpose. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing.
